"An Urban Legend...Contemporary Folklore passed on as a true story..."

So, I have no idea where to begin. I have a feeling that this entry is going to take me some time because I have so much to say and i have no idea where to begin. Hmm, where did I leave you off at???

Friday~ So when my pay check for $617.17 was supposed to be deposited into my bank, to give me a grand total of about $700.20, for some reason my bank statement only said that I had about $220.00. That's not an accurate amouint, just a guesstimate. I called up my bank to see why the hell that was. They were very confusing and were nit very helpful. They discovered that some company has been pulling $14.95 out of my bank account every month since about January.

I was then transfered to the Fraud Department. They were not very helpful either. They were rude to me and I didn't appreciate how they treated me. They conference called with me to the company that has been stealing my money. It turns out that teh company is a creit card company and they have been charging me for a credit card that I never received!!!!

So after much drama and me ripping people's heads off over the phone and at Wachovia IN PERSON while at the bank, the credit card company pulled away, apologized for the mix up and the bank gave me back about $140.00. I'm still short about $200.00 but it's better than nothing. SO anyways, I am going to close my bank account and open a new one with Commerce Bank.

Saturday~ We had an early morning because we had to teach Triton. Billy and I had a GREAT night rest since I basically crashed right as soon as I got home the night before from over exerting myself with all the bank drama.

We got to Triton a little bit late because we stopped off at Subway to try their breakfast sandwiches. Not too bad but still not better than McDonald's.

At Triton we ran different parts of the show, working through many things just trying to get it as good as we could get it. We honestly don't know what else we can do to make it better. We've cleaned everything and they have all the information they need to know in order to be succesful. Now it's up to the members to perform and use the information we have given them.

After Triton rehearsal, Billy and I went off on an afternoon long excursion. We first hit up Rita's and then went to The Rag Shop and we looked around a bit. I think we need a corner piece to put on our stair case landing to put some sort of retabla onto to make to look nicer. We're gonna hold off on that one for a little while though. We went into Wal- Mart and we bought a 4 foot tall Praying Angel for our front yard. It's beautiful and has little pink and yellow flowers at its feet. Billy also grabbed a flag with a bright yellow sun on it to also place in our front yard. We also got a VHS shelf to help us organize our room more.

After Wal-Mart, we went to Shop Rite to see if they have any humidifyers. We had seen some in the WInter and we wanted some sort of miniature water fall thing to grace our bed room with. Well, they didn't have any and we were quite bitter at that.

After all that stuff, Billy and I went to Amazon Cafe and we ordered food to go and we drove to the river front and we had a nice little picnic. We hadn't been outside by the river since maybe last summer. It was nice..>SOOOO romantic! I like it very much! =) It wasn't night time and there were no fire flies like when we usually go, but it was nice nonetheless.

We got home and we decorated the yard with our new stuff. I placed the Angel right behind a bed of yellow daffodills. It really helps to add to our yard and make it look like something. Billy and I put up the flag between two trees and it really helps color up the yard.

I then went upstairs and put together the new shelf for the VHS's and Billyh reorganized the DVDs. We then spent the next 2-3 hrs hammering out the room, really making it nice and clean and organized. We did laundry, etc etc.

We took a small break to runt o Rita's since I was in the mood. I had my fave Gilate Green Apple Water ice with Vanilla Ice Cream. MMMMMMMM!!! Billy grabbed a Gilate with chocolate..well, everything! =)

After working on the room moe, Billy and I fell asleep, exhausted!

Sunday~ We got up and rushed out of the house to be on time to Triton. We definitely were going to be late and I was not well that we were not going to have time to eat Breakfast. Billy agreed to drop me off to do things with Triton while he ran to McDonald's to grab us food.

Rehearsal with Triton went quite good. We chunked the show and worked transitions and I made a few more clarifications to certain things. At the end of rehearsal, we had a decent run and everything really clicked well.

We then had like a MILLION years until the show. We follow the bus most of the way to Haddon Heights but then we had to stop off at CVS because I had a head ache for Billy to grab me some Advil and sugar AKA "Sour Patch Kids".

I must say that Haddon Heights High School is really cool looking. It's like those schools you see on TV but you never thought actually existed and yet we were at it and yes, it DOES exist. =)

We saw a few groups which was nice. I really ejoy going to shows and not having to perform at them. I'm going to enjoy not marching next season VERY MUCH..and I'm sure Billy will as well.
One of my favorites from the show was Norristown. They had some really great kids and even though their show was set to techno music, I still understood the show. HELLO, the words in the song talk about love and celebrating that love. At the beginning of the show, the female charcater finds her way to teh male charcater and that sets the mood for the rest of the show. The end was great because the guy tossed a five with the girl spinning uneer it and then he catches one handed while still hanging on to her. Very enjoyable!

Triton had a fairly rough run through. I was dissapointed in a sense that they got all the hard stuff and really did well except for random flag breaks and oh yeah, our very disgusting yellw/ black flag statement that has not looked that bad in a month!! Still, with the rough run through, we do not understand why we are so much behind the groups that this particular panel of judges decided to place ahead of us.

At critique I borderline flipped out on the GE judges and Ensemble guy because they didn't have a clue what our show was about. I didn't want to hear anything about what they had to say. How can you judge a group on their effects and how things come together as an ensemble if you have no idea why we are doing it? EVERYTHING we have designed from costumes to choreography to staging to set design is all based around our show concept. They cannot fully appreciate or even BEGIN to appreciate what we are doing if they do not even have a clue why we are doing it!! I told them that when they don't understand our show that it's just flags on a gym floor. I briefly explained to them what the show concept was and how it made sense with our design. We definitely saw light bulbs turn on and I think they started to feel bad that they did not catch it.

Billy and I were incredibly stressed out and we discussed the show for hours last night. I bought Billy a Gilate because I felt that he deserved one. I just don't want him to begin doubting himself as a designer. He does really great stuff!! We're new to this! He should not feel bad that our show has too much depth for judeges that are shallow minded.

We fell asleep early randomly from passing out from exhaustion. Yeah, we do that alot!

Billy woek me up around 12:30AM so we could fix teh bed to go to sleep for reals.

I didn't get much sleep and neither did Billy. I think we are taking what is happening with Triton really harshly. We need to be given the credit that we deserve.

Monday~ Well, work today is going ok. Same ol' same ol'. IF anything exciting happens, I'll let you know!

Bye all!
