(no subject)
Well...QC final transcript in...my lowest grade was a B- and that was the semester Jackie died and had a real shitty professor who decided to run a mock-NCIS in the classroom the DAY of the class that she forced me to miss the wake.
Anyway...it's nice that's done. done. yay.
My A&P prof wants to lenghen class by 10-20 minutes everynight...we gave a unanimous NO. I'm glad she's enthusiastic, but seriously!!!
I ♥ my fifth grade teachers, they surprised me with a lunch party yesterday for a graduation that I didn't really tell them about. It was really thoughtful of them. Switching grades is gonna suck.
Yeah, so first grade planning starts next week. I'm just going through the motions right now hoping something will open up magically over the summer. A lot of teachers are really really trying to make me like that class, or at least just do it to be employed, because it has been so crappy. Even that Starbucks job I've idolized (idealized?) for the past 10 years is hard to get right now. I feel spoiled. A lot of teachers would love that position. I just can't get over the age thing.
I miss Ragu II! I haven't seen him since last week! I think I scared him off encroaching on his home.
My kids got their awards today, but they were complaining about which ones they got, I almost took them back! See? This is why I don't mix with first grade!!! I'm a little harsh...anyway, those are some more pictures I have on my list to put on the computer!!! That and a video of "Imagine" which they all sung.
*ack!* Rescue Me is only 1/2 hour away!! I need to make food for tomorrow.
