Terms & Conditions Galore [_spreee]
Please read & join my sprees only if you are agreeable to my terms & conditions listed below:
1. I'll only accept paid and completed orders in accordance with my order format.
2. Items not collected within 1 month upon arrival will be confiscated, without prior warning.
3. The transaction is final once funds are transferred. I do not entertain refunds.
4. Should there be a price increase of the item, I'll continue to order with the new price unless there is prior instruction to do otherwise.
5. I will not be held responsible for missing, defective or erroneous items during shipping, snail mail and any other unusual circumstances.
6. I do not handle requests for defective/erroneous items to be sent back to the merchant, and I do not retain any return form and/or original invoice issued by the merchant.
7. SingPost no longer investigates inquiries into missing normal mail.
8. Participants will bear all costs, including freight charges and taxes, incurred from the ordering process.
9. All updates will be done via email. If you don't check you mailbox, it is your loss.
10. I do not entertain requests for meetups/self-collection, at my convenience or otherwise, unless it has been stated on the spree page that I will hold a mass meetup.
11. I reserve the right to ammend my terms and conditions from time to time.
12. If you are not comfortable with my working style, please do not join.
