On one hand, my least favorite person is gone. On the other, WTF.

Terri has been waaaay more consistent with great execution and IMHO was robbed of wins on more than 1 occasion. While I really hated watching the drama tonight between Terri and Keith (You with the testosterone - GROW UP! You with the estrogen - yeah, ditto. And ditch the entitlement bitch act on the way!) I did think her design was much better thought out than the crazy insane plaid princess of poof.

As for the winner: Jerrel? REALLY? I mean, it was good and all, but winner???

I KNOW. Scorpio Dress was much better. Hell, there were a few things that were better.

EXACTLY! Leigh Ann's was fabulous, Korto's was fabulous, and I'll be honest, I really really loved Joe's. I liked Jerrel's. (Key word there: liked)

YMMV, but I felt like the win was used to balance the top players out...three in a row for Leigh Ann might have caused another black hole for the earth to worry about.

I was honestly shocked at how much I loved Joe's dress. Even though I knew he wouldn't win because he'd gotten no coverage in the show. I wish we had seen the comments on the dresses the judges liked.

Joe makes me crazy somedays, but I thought his dress really nailed the challenge. Leigh Ann's was my fave, but his was a darned close #2. With Korto's right behind them both. In Michael Phelps terms, they were all within a hundredth of a second from each other.

Somehow I just knew they wouldn't send Suede home yet...don't ask me why. I honestly didn't think his outfit was bad, but then what the heck do I know. (I know enough to know that Blayne's? Made the mannequins cry!)

I think that maybe they couldn't send their two "character" contestants home in one night.

Honestly, I wonder why they decided to send two home at once at all.

I'm so used to the PR games that I kept waiting to hear "and the auf'd partner will get to come back! That's why we're sending two of you home! Isn't that great?!?!" Now I'm also unclear as to why...the past two seasons they've lost a contestant unexpectedly, and ended up bringing someone back...did they assume this would happen again?

The fact that this Friday (as in tomorrow) is the PR show at Fashion week is also making me CRAZY...does that mean that all remaining 6 get to show at Fashion Week, with THREE decoys??!!??

Honestly, this season...not my fave.

Considering I saw pictures of all six remaining designers' Bryant Park collections...yes. That's exactly what they're doing. What a freaking waste.

ITA. I'm not sure what happened to the PR I used to know and love but this...isn't it. I'll give it a shot on Lifetime to see if it returns to its roots (After giving Heroes and Lost a second chance, I've turned into a softy!) before pulling the plug. Right now, my deep and abiding love for Tim Gunn is the saving grace of the show.

INORITE? Seriously, how could they have picked Jerrell's when you have the Pure Awesome that was Korto's design sweeping about? *is baffled* I personally would have given it to Leanne Dress of Scorpio Magnificence, but, as said, three wins in a row might be pushing it a bit. Still, Jerrell??

I honestly thought they were going to give it to Leanne again, because she deserved it, and or maybe hand it off to someone with a slightly less innovative dress because she had already had two in a row, but Jerrel? That jacket better have had some amazing detail.

Have we ever had a three in a row winner? I can't recall one, but as I am getting senile in my old age....

I don't think so, but when my friend and I were trying to name all the past winners a few weeks ago, I discovered I couldn't remember the fourth season at all. Very embarassing.

Michael Knight might have won three in a row...Wikipedia, my source of all knowledge, didn't say, which made me sad.

I have to agree on Terri not getting the recognition she deserved earlier in the season. I didn't even think this dress was that bad, and benefited from losing the fur (see, she listens to criticism).

I had actually hoped that the Terri/Keith bitch-fest would be more entertaining than it turned out. It actually just made me sad they were acting like children.

As for Jerrel, I can only assume there was some great detail on that jacket or something, because I was seriously unimpressed with the jumpsuit.

You can fight and it be entertaining (for the viewers, not necessarily for the partipants) and then there's the sad snarky bitter bitchfest that we were treated to tonight. Keith, I know you're upset but did you really have to hand Terri a loaded weapon of a phrase like "I'm really fragile right now."???!!?? She eats stuff like that for breakfast along with Stella's kickin' coffee ( ... )
