Last ones for a while
School is about to bitch slap me in the face if I don't start focussing on my research essays, so these two will have to conclude my painting spurt for the time being, I've been really into it lately and am a bit disappointed that I didn't get to Jun and Aiba this time, but I keep getting distracted by the beauty that is Ohno's face. I decided to do two, one all in light and one all in Shadows and there are good and bad points to how both turned out:
This one was supposed to turn out way better than it actually did, in the reference picture Ohno is all gold an beautiful looking, somehow when I tried to paint it in this way it resulted in the left side of his face looking dirty -_-; It was supposed to be the easy one since there wasn't much heavy contrast, whoops. I am a little in love with his hair (if I can say so)
This was supposed to be the difficult one and it was, in so many ways. Though it looks simplistic his face was super difficult but I'm very very happy with how it turned out. His mouth and eyes, his cute little nose, it all came out exactly how I wanted it to, though it is a very shadowy pic I feel that this one is better than the first one
