Talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk

- The other night as I was trying to fall asleep, I spent the time translating in my head various John and Sherlock dialogue into Booth and Brennan's voices and intonations. It works delightfully well.

- Assassin's Creed 2 is still the best fucking game. For real.
- This costume is not going to be done in time for NYCC AAAAAAUUUUGH WHY, ARMOR, WHY?
- I've been informed yet again that I scare new people. I really don't know what the fuck to do about this anymore. I've been working at this for years, but despite my best efforts, the fact that I'm shy and awkward when meeting new people somehow instead comes across as "I will fucking cut you, don't talk to me." This despite a conscious effort to be enthusiastic, smile, make small talk, et cetera. I honestly don't know what more I can do at this point. I'm making the effort, but I can't succeed if nobody's willing to meet me halfway. I suppose this is why I haven't really made any new friends IRL in about four years.
