I really want to see the wizarding world's reaction. The ending was ... it was sweet and uplifting, a contrast to the edginess that had dominated the entire story. Draco's finally at peace with himself, and both of them are happy.

Your story is wonderful in its capacity to not only capture the character's emotions but to show that love is not sweet and perfect but chaotic and real. Pretty.

Thank you so much! I could never write anything that is not real. Sappy fluff just doesn't cut it, especially with a ship like H/D and mpreg. Mpreg isn't beautiful, it's weird and kinda nasty and I wanted it to be no less than that. :)

Ohmygod.

Without a DOUBT, this really has been the BEST H/D I have ever read in my entire life. And I have read a lot. You're amazing, honey. ♥

Thank you! And to answer your question, I don't know if you saw my last post, but I linked my big_bang_hd fic which was "posted" last night. Beyond that I'm taking a break from writing HP fic for a good long while because I'm honestly a bit tired of it and would rather write Prince of Tennis. ;)

*sob* Oh, this was just beautiful. Draco finally came to terms with his life and his choices and the man he loves. To me, that was more closure than I could have hoped for. Everything else, Viola pregnant, Abraxas being gay and sexually active, all that was was secondary to Draco finally accepting who he is. That was just mind blowing. I loved it. And when James called out to his Daddy, oh gawd, I wanted to bawl again! This was a beautiful chappy. You couldn't have chosen a better way to end it, Draco coming to terms with things and stepping out into the light and no longer hiding. Took him a long time to do it, but the important thing is, he finally did! *sigh* Awesome story! :)

oh god, this was a much better ending than i had expected! i was really steeling myself going into this last chapter. there's been so much heartbreak in the previous chapters that i didn't think you'd end this story with such a sense of peace and contentment for harry and draco.

needless to say, i am more than happy that the story ended this way.

you also made me cry again. *sniff*

You guys have no faith in me writing not-unhappy endings, do you? I'd always intended for them to be...well, rather all right with things in the end. It wasn't all awful. I like making people slog through hell to get to the happy. ;)

Thank you so much, coffeejunkii, you sneaky biatch, you! ;)

well, it's more that the unhappy or difficult parts of the story were so important to it that i couldn't really imagine a happy ending. i expected the story to more or less end, really, without a real concluding point because for me, so much of the story is about the continuous flow of everyday life with its ups and downs. but i'm very happy with this ending.
