Well, we did end up getting to close on the house last Thursday, nearly a week late. And the owners still have their barn cat there. Obviously the cat doesn't bother me, but the fact that they want to get it and will have to keep coming back until they can catch it does. They were the most heinous people I've ever encountered, and I just want to have them out of my life and exorcise them from my new house. I need to know they are never coming back.
