Dear Wayne,
I have to go to a cocktail evening for work and the invitation said to bring a date. I was considering asking Owen or Evan, but you know how Owen is around people especially since Roger Davies was invited and therefore Cho might be attending and he wouldn't like that and I also think Evan prefers to be with trolls at any rate. So, would you mind? You can tell me which drinks to avoid and how you would do a much better job of mixing them than the hired help.
It's on Saturday, October 4th and it starts at seven in the evening. Oh, and if you did go, you would have to get dressed up. A bit. The invitation said "semi-formal" and I'm not sure exactly what that means, but I assume denim is out. I'm sorry!
