Well, I apparently just noped out of exercise again this morning. I barely heard the alarm, and I remember thinking about wanting to snooze for five minutes. And then there goes the 4:30 and 5 am alarms. Blargh.
At least a second cup of coffee helps a little during the day. But it's only November, and there's a whole lot of winter left to go...
