Freshly home from Avengers 2. Nonspoilery thoughts... Great action sequences,snarky dialogue, wonderful CG and costuming. The plot works, but certain beats made no sense in context and Joss ignored what he didn't like from the MCU, which is not his place to do and is partly what made things not make sense. I'm so glad Joss is no longer involved and can't ruin anything else I love.
There will be a number of things I will ignore when I write fic. Not because of shipping, but because of character beats and plot points that should have been there but weren't. Oops, guess I'll have to do it myself. ;)
