It's been a little rough going for dinners this week, where it took the kids at least an hour and a half to eat, pissing off Jason and earning themselves early bedtime. Nick was able to pull himself up to kneel and once to stand in his crib the other night, and standing up is easier for him. Progress

I think it's awesome that you still find time to write and your muse is still alive and kicking with the full house that you have. Simply awesome. I haven't written ONE word in I couldn't tell you. It's been over year, I know. :( I don't know what's wrong with me. I love my story. I have all of these great ideas and plots and I know what I want to happen, but I can't get it to come out. This has happened before, but I figured out it was the characters not necessarily liking where I was going, and once I figured that out, it was on with the show. Well, I have no idea why I can't get anything out now. Every time I pick my pencil up, I just sit there. I can't make it continue where I left off, and I am wondering if maybe where I left off needs a change...

*sigh*

I squeeze in the writing in dribs and drabs, but I type fast and at this point I don't make too many typos. That helps. :)

I'm also a writer by nature more than anything else, so I'm constantly working on something. I should probably do more original fic, but fanfic is easier when I am pressed for time. :)

I don't type it. I like pencil and paper. Dribs and drabs, huh? I guess I could try that. *nods*

I write in a notebook sometimes, then transcribe it into a Word doc for posting later. I find notebook writing better if I don't have a title for the story (I like having a title as the file name when i save the document) or i don't have a lot in mind and I'm feeling out the story first. I write fast by hand, but it's still slower than typing, so handwriting stories lets me think more as I go.

I kinda have a system depending on the ideas i get. :)
