National Train Museum
Saturday we drove up to participate in a study involving language and social development, so the boys did their thing. Afterward, we brunched at IHOP and made our way over to the National Train Museum for a few hours.
So, sorry for the massive spammage, but it's late and wrangling the photos into place took out the drive to put captions on them. Oops.
Yesterday was full of awkward as I brought Nick to the walk in clinic. He had goop in his ear that constantly drained, and oops, turns out he has infections in both ears and the goop was likely a small rupture from the pressure. There really hadn't been a clue, just a mild crankiness. Which he generally had away from me anyway, so what did I know. We cleaned the kids' room, and there was also me yelling a lot when they didn't listen. And more this morning, tho I still got groceries with Maddy and went off to a play date with her. I chatted with the step mom after the kids finished making their cookies. Maddy has playdates set for almost every day this week, with me as chauffeur or hosting here. Such a social girl!
