Okay. I've been careful while pumping all week, keeping the suction at a minimum and watching closely to be sure I'm healing. I've cut off sessions early, which my chest didn't appreciate

Yeah. Definitely ouchy. I'm not happy with it, and not happy with considering stopping, when I want to go the full year. We'll see how the healing goes. :(
