I love this chapter. I think the characterizarions come through really well. And it's interesting to see the separate dynamics develop between Ariadne and Eames, and Ariadne and Arthur. Also cool to see how Eames and Arthur work together and off of each other.

I enjoyed the softer side and playfulness shown by both men. I feel bad for Ariadne. She's hardly had a moment to get her head on straight since this started and being truly confronted by this pair of vampires has really sent her into a spin. They're not at all what she expected.

Can't wait to read more. Thanks for posting.:)

I thought this was a fun chapter. And the next one, too, actually. Because that's where the larger story really starts in, and I really liked playing around with it.

::pets Ariadne:: She goes through a lot in this fic. It's always tough to be a character I actually like... They tend to go through so much crap so I can write about them. ;)

LOL, yes but they also tend to get lots of smokin' hot sex in the bargain. And generally happy endings, so I don't think they'll complain too much.;)

What can I say? I really really enjoy writing these characters, and the sex is fun. (Even if I can get repetitive. :P)

I'm a sucker for a happy ending to heal the angst. So I do tend to write those more often.

LOL! Well there's a certain ammount of repetition inherent in the process. You were just...expressing that. A bit.;P

HAHAHAHAHA.

Well, hopefully I won't do that with the new one. I don't notice it until it's pointed out since sometimes I can only write a couple of sentences here and there during the day. I don't always reread it before I send things out for beta. :)
