All the things that I never mentioned...

Well, it's been four weeks since I signed up for the weight loss challenge at work. I've managed to get up to 30 min on the elliptical in the mornings when I do cardio (even tho this week has been a bust!) and I've noticed this week that my clothes fit better. Even the tightest pair of size 10's that I have fit a lot more comfortably, and there's less pull in the buttons on my shirts. So yay for that. I got on my scale at home and I've lost 3 pounds. I dunno how accurate that is, but I'll take it. That puts me to where I was at the beginning of August. I guess I got lazy with the move?

Jay suggested this morning that I do cardio every day, not just three days a week, and then on my Tues/Thurs usual weight days to just add that on. The thought makes me cry, even tho he's right. I did poke him and say he needs to do some, too. But that's another story. :)
