It's awfully quiet around here...

Well, with only the four girls here this week, two of the other girls not here yet, and me here early, there's not a lot of noise. Yesterday, I was a good girl and during the canceled lecture time I caught up on lots of paperwork. I am now *done* with the backlogged intakes that I had as well as discharge notes and updating my patient list. I was only two behind (some others here in the clinic are closer to 15-20) but I'm anal that way. I don't like having paperwork hanging over my head. I even managed to get it all done and still make it to call on time. It was fairly busy, so I left work at 11 pm. sigh. Lots of consults last night, intoxicated and suicidal and parasuicidal. Sad how jaded you can get with those, tho I never let on to the patient that I know they're full of shit. Or, at least I'm not rude about it. Alcoholics not ready to be sober don't like being told that they're losers. Can't imagine why. *snerk*

Since the pending paperwork is done, it let me call the mailaway pharmacy to see *why* I haven't gotten my script for the fancy-schmancy prenatal vitamins yet (they swapped companies on me! so the first script was prolly lost somewhere...), set up an account with the new pharmacy (which I know from my patients kinda sucks on the flexibility and abilty to contact a live human) and set up the new piccies of the doggie on my desk.

Since we need to have a tiny photo for the Puppy Pass, Jay finally printed out piccies for the puppy frames I had gotten in the office Secret Santa. So I have baby!Indy and Recently!Almost!Adult!Indy on my desk with my wedding photo and semiformal photo. aw. :) I think adding in the morning walks has been helpful. He's a little less noodgie when it's time for me to go to work, and he's been finishing more of his breakfast now that he's worked up an appetite.

And it figures that when Jay is thinking of getting out of work early to check in on Indy since I don't have a long enough break at work to do it, my supervision is canceled. Halfway in to work, naturally. But then, that's what let me find out what's what with the insurance, so I suppose it all worked out. My peanut needs vitamins!

Anatomy scan tonight. :)
