Just found out recently from my colleague that we have a new bakery at our office canteen! very interesting... i mean we are at those JTC building and the canteen is like super old and unglam kind. So what is a bakery doing in our canteen?? As a colleague's birthday is coming up, i took the chance to order a cake from this bakery. Dropped them an email as all orders have to be done via email and their reply was super fast! The lady who replied is Fiona. pretty nice talking with her over email and i decided to go check out the store the next day.... To my surprised, the store was set up by 2 young ladies. They had Japanese cheese cake and Orange Chiffon cake that day, so i bought the cheese cake. VERY NICE!!! soft, nice texture and some kind of orangy taste. although a bit pricy for a small piece of cake ($1), but i think is worth it. After i finished eating it then realise i didnt take a picture (",) will buy again and post with picture the next time.
We are going to have their Dark Espresso Baked Mousse Cake tomorrow for birthday celebration. hope it turns out well...
