Total travel time from Stratford house to Kansas house: 15 hours
Screw you, Chicago O'Hare International Airport (and by extension, keithwolfe)! At least the gate I was sitting for many hours was across from the food court. It smelled delicious! Too bad I was too doped up on Gravol to have any appetite. Not that I had any American funds with which to purchase food.
One thing to note, though. It's odd being in an American airport. So many armedforcemens dressed up in their green camo gear, complete with haversack thing, going home for the holidays (I assume).
