Ren is a character in Ai Yazawa's wonderful manga NANA. It's a story centering on two bands, Blast (short for Black Stones) and Trapnest, the band members and their lives, friendship, everyday life, success, rivalry, love, romance...and tragedy. Ren is Trapnest's guitarist and the boyfriend of Nana, the singer of Blast. And Yu actually really reminds me of Ren a lot. xD
