Cigarettes are about £6 now D= They are pretty much trying to stop people from smoking by bumping the prices up.
Anyway, Thanks as always for the translation - it was really interesting to hear that people don't say thank you in restaurants in Tallinn - it's the same in Tokyo for the most part, I've NEVER heard anyone say thank you to the waiting staff!
