My baby is officially 16
Cutting back on caffeine sucks. I'm so tired now at 9pm, I can barely keep my eyes open.
Today was Alicia's 16th birthday. Since we had the party on Saturday, it was a quiet celebration, just ordering her favorite Indian and doing family gifts and cards. I went looking for a baby picture to post on Facebook this morning and instead found this very short video from when we were at my cousin's wedding in 2002:
That's her, dancing and sucking her thumb. I can't believe she was ever that little.
Tomorrow night, we're going out for a big dinner since my FIL leaves for the UK on Friday, which means there is no way I'm weighing in this week, lol. Not that we're sure where we're going yet. Nobody seems to be able to come to a consensus in this house.
