The world is conspiring against me again. I have a To Do pile a mile long, and not much time to finish it. On the plus side (at least until I realized after she left how much I had ignored while she was here), I had company over the weekend, which meant lots of shopping and girl time. Plus, cute shoes!

Dave could grow a full beard at 14. His mother's side are hairy people. And it grows shockingly fast, where he has stubble 45 minutes later.

So it could be worse. :P

Alex is cursed on both sides of the family, so I don't imagine it'll be long before shaving is a daily thing, lol.

Like most high schools, Dave wasn't allowed facial hair until he was a senior, but he had stubble every morning by the time he arrived, so they made him shave in the office and prove his hair just grew that fast. He grew a beard every summer and has had one since graduation 17 years ago. He used to try to shave his throat every day, but I told him he didn't have to on my account...he has soft, sensitive skin, so shaving just made it look raw all the time.

I'm just glad he doesn't have a coarse and scratchy beard like a lot of guys.
