Diet changes are going well so far, though my body is still adjusting to it. From what I've read, it'll probably take a week or two for that to even out. I just have to endure it until then. All I know is after 52, it is harder than hell to lose. BAH. And I don't need to lose THAT much, nor want to - just about 24 lbs. But a year ago THAT was 'just 15 lbs.' ARGH.
