I. Iz. Sore.
This past week, I've added hills to my workout. On top of that, I had to up the weight on three of my leg weights because the old weight was just not pushing me. I am definitely feeling it. On the plus side, when I do my weigh-in tomorrow for my DietBet, I will have hit my goal with a comfortable margin. I'm down 10.2 pounds since January 1, so that's a nice win, though the real success is how much less pain I have. (Being sore totally doesn't count, lol. That's temporary.)
I've signed up for the next one starting on the 2nd, which is good because Friday night is Alex's spaghetti dinner for his school bands and on Saturday we're in San Francisco to see Angela Lansbury in "Blithe Spirit" which will mean a meal out. Any additional motivation is good. :)
