My plans over the next few days just got changed. Craig is in the middle of a huge project for work, which is due in September. He's working A LOT. He needs more time than he has. The problem with that is 1) we have to pick Alicia up from Santa Cruz tomorrow, and b) Alicia has a tournament in Sacramento this weekend. Both are time sucks. So we've ( Read more... )

Sounds like a long haul for both you and your mister. Corralling kids is a real commitment these days.

I didn't watch any of "Night Shift." I kept forgetting and there was just too much hockey and soccer eating up my TViewing time. Maybe I'll play catch up before the new season. I also had no idea ASH was in another show. I'm a bad fangirl.

Night Shift isn't grand TV by any means, but it worked for me as an escape well enough.

So you recommend the 24 reboot? I never got around to watching. I enjoyed the show when it was on before.

I tried Night Shift and thought it was terrible, which made me sad because Eoin.

We were huge fans of 24 the first time around, and felt like it gave a lot of the same thrills this time, too. Sure, it's over the top and there are some plot twists that stretch incredulity, but that's part of the appeal, lol. And I was able to dish with at least a couple friends who were as enthusiastic as I was, so yeah, I think I would recommend it to old 24 lovers.
