Done and gone
Christmas is done and gone, and it's time to move on. Don't get me wrong, I love the holiday, but I was under the weather this year, and my damn hip is acting up again, which has put a definite crimp in my mood. I've hit the diet hard in the aftermath of Christmas dinner as a result. I have to do what I can to get rid of this pain, and taking weight off the joint can only help. It just sucks because there were days in the past month when I could barely walk because my hip would constantly give out on me.
I hope everyone had a great holiday, though! When I wasn't playing games with the kids or watching movies, I was reading yuletide I have recs that I'm going to post tomorrow. There was some wonderful stuff this year, and I got three very different, wonderful gifts.
I posted my holiday exchange fic over at camelot-drabble today. It's called The Nightmare's End and is a Merlin/Morgana fix-it story from S2. Because yes, I'm aware that we need Morgana as the enemy but honestly, who doesn't hate the missed opportunity Merlin had to tell Morgana the truth about him so he could help her?
