Tons of space! We have to be mildly creative with living room furniture because of stairs and windows and the like, but it's a very tiny trade-off. I can't wait to get in there. :)

Congrats! The place sounds so beautiful *sigh* a hottub, right outside the master bedroom!?! It sounds like such a sweet deal, good luck getting yourselves all settled in :-)
