Right, so I'm done with the house sitting, and back at home now.

I totally didn't do like 85% of what I was thinking I would do. I had so many different *fun* things that I brought with me. Sewing machine and projects? Nope, didn't even make it out of its case. Painting stuff? Didn't look at it once. Dancing? Are you kidding me? All the DVD's and movies that I brought and/or set aside from their collection? The TV didn't even get turned on. I pretty much ended up sleeping and messing about on the internet and skinny dipping in the hot tub when no one else was around.

But! I did get to hang out with a couple of friends, and went to the beach with my family and Simon. Am a little sunburnt - we all are - but that's okay, it was a beautiful day and fun was had by all.

Classes for spring term start in the morning. ::sigh:: Oh well, some of the classes should be pretty fun! And my math class is the last one I will ever have to take, So Excited about that. Not terribly excited about the time, though it's better than an early AM math class; 5-7:20pm, Monday and Wednesday. Could be worse. Could be *much* worse. Also have to take a Speech class. Ew. I really don't like public speaking. I'm totally fine with having group discussions, or presentations to smaller groups, but getting up and talking/singing in front of a whole class just gets to my nerves really bad. I mean, even if I know the material really well, or have notes or a powerpoint I start freaking out and forget stuff I meant to say. /winging

I'd really like to work on my sewing and crafty projects outside of school a lot more this term. Gah, it seems that even with stuff I like doing,  I need a reason or deadline or some form of motivation to actually get it done, or even get started on it, and it really annoys me.

...I really should go work on unpacking, getting my room in order and generally making it habitable and usable for the upcoming term. Think I'm gonna go play some music and go do that now. Hope everyone is having a good day! <3
