Looking for a good Hostel in/near London
I've been searching Hostel World but to be honest I'm wary as I've never traveled alone before except for trips to see relatives. They have an 80% guest rating which, compared to many of the hostels on there, seems pretty good (It's this one:http://www.hostelworld.com/hosteldetails.php/The-Steam-Engine-Bestplace-Inn/London/29389) However I am curious as to if any of you have any personal recommendations. I'd prefer it was near a tube stop as that and walking are my preferred method of travel for while I'm there. That and tips/experience are welcome. I'm planning well in advance, just trying to get my ducks in a row. Thank you!
Oh! Also, as far as money to bring, what would you recommend for about two weeks and should I exchange all/most before I leave or wait until I arrive?
