Euro planning

I'm finishing my exchange studies in Paris on the 31st of January and will spend two months from then travelling Europe. I wish I had organized all this a bit earlier, but then I got whopped with a bunch of essays... anyway, I was thinking of something like this:

1st - 15th of February: WWOOFing (Willing Workers on Organic Farms) somewhere in the French countryside
15-21st: Berlin and Hamburg, Germany
21st-25th: Morocco (not in Europe, I know, but I've got a chance to go there with a local friend)
25th-28th: Cairo, Egypt (same deal as Morocoo)
28th-2nd of March: Turkey
2nd-5th: Budapest, Hungary
5th-10th: Florence and Venice, Italy
10th-15th: Dublin or thereabouts, Ireland
15th-25th: London and other cities/towns, England
25th-1st of April: Return to Paris, say goodbye to friends and see stuff I didn't while studying, then return home

I've already spent 10 days in the Netherlands (a village called Houten, Utrecht, and then a day in Amsterdam) so I think I'll bypass it this time. I'm also considering slashing Ireland going to Vienna instead... I don't know, I'm not really sure. I want to spend about 10 days in the UK though to see other places outside London that are of interest.

Accomodation wise, I am kind of hoping to couchsurf in as many cities as I can (except Morocco, Egypt and Turkey). I've never couchsurfed before so I'm a bit nervous but it seems like it'd be a great thing to do. Any advice? Places you guys would recommend or think I should avoid? Should I shake up this schedule a bit, take off or add some days to places? Logistics advice? Thanks!
