The Story Behind the Picture
Leigh took this photo a few years back at one of those Eurotrash house parties I used to throw.
I remember the moment well. It was July 2004, our last Eurotrash party at Fortress King Pigeon, and we had gone all-out with the light show. A fellow had even contributed a laser-emitting device and a smoke machine.
This was taken at about 3 AM. I had wrapped up a set of newer tracks and was moving into full-on Euro-classic mode. The sounds of La Bouche, Snap!, and Culture Beat filled the air. The dancefloor was a tangled mass of sweaty bodies and shaking booties.
Seized by the magic of the moment, I then turned my back to the audience, dropped my pants, and fired this volley of multi-colored lights out of my ass.
