(no subject)
well, i got my computer back. i'm pretty psyched about that - all she needed was a new keyboard. unfortunately, it did cost some monies (my warrenty lasts until next week, but it apparently doesn't cover stupidity).
it's raining. it has been pretty much ever since i got home. i went out and danced in my woods in the rain today and stared at the sky until my contacts threatened to wash out. so i went inside then. it was nice, but i still wish it would be sunny - my azaleas won't bloom woth this much water.
i love rain. it's beautiful and i like feeling it on my skin (except that it's about 50 degrees outside during the 'warm' part of the day - oh, spring in vermont). but since i can't drive yet, i ahve to sit inside all day. it's relaxing, but then it starts to get boring. all you kids working your asses off every day are pissed right about now. just know: i have a job, it just doesn't start until june. i need to get a lisence so i can actually do it, and i need another job. i need money, for one thing - i won't be working next summer since i'll be in beijing. plus, i need a job to occupy my time. so i can complain about work instead of sitting in here all day. because i can only read so much. after that, i think (dangerous pastime). thinking sucks. so if any of you ever get off work adn want to divert me, i'd love to stop thinking and hang out with you (and don't even think about throwing thursday in my face - i was too tired, i apologise).
and to take a page from ray's book, congratulations jimmy. i can't wait to see evan. now all i need is a hot date to the wedding!
