I am home. Commence celebration.

I got stuck in Prague an extra day as the Amsterdam Schipol airport was completely closed down due to snow, and my flight was meant to go through it. I could have gotten on another flight the same day, but since I had to wait for two and a half hours in line, fortunately with the company of a bunch of friendly young Seventh Day Adventists (not sarcasm- they were totally fun), all the flights I could have taken left before I got to the front of the line.

I returned to the hostel hungry, disoriented, and pissed, and then proceeded to get pissed in the other sense after a surprisingly satisfying meal of convenience-store food. Spent the evening pub-hopping and bonding with theater-majors studying in london (one of them was a double bio and theater major and we bonded over neuroscience love), a french drummer with Distracting Facial Hair, and a rad, rad guy from Australia who was happy to finally be out to someone in a hostel. All in all it was a wonderful night, and three of the twelve of us were hardcore enough to stay up with me until it was time to get ready for my morning flight at 5am.

I got on the airplane in prague at 6:30 am still drunk, arrived in London at 9am mostly sober, and managed to have a perfect flight from London to Seattle. Now I'm home and have slept on and off from 7pm until 8am today, had nummy breakfast, and am going to take my puppy for a walk after stretching thoroughly.

Already got email from one of the french guys. Coin, coin. Which, if you say it with French pronunciation, is a duck noise. Cause apparently we americans sound like ducks. Ha.
