Ugggggh. xD I am so sorry I didn't update last weekend! Honestly, it completely slipped my mind-- I forgot I even had a rotation. @__@ To make up for it, this week there are the usual 5 songs, and on top of that a single! Comments: I like Gackt, but I've never really LOVED him. Out of his many songs there are only a few that I can recognize and love. This is my all time favorite. Gackt's voice is always pretty, but I think it sounds really amazing here. ♥ If you have never heard Gackt (which I doubt if you've liked Japanese music for awhile-- he's insanely, insanely popular. xD) then I suggest downloading this-- it's an amazing song.

Comments: You know, there really isn't anything special about this song. It's a very typical hip-hop-ish Namie song. But for some reason, it's one of my favorites of hers. Possibly because it was one of my first-ever Namie songs and I fell in love with it (and HER xD) the first time I heard it. When I got a new computer, I lost it, and it was one of the few songs I never managed to get back. The other day I found it again, and when I listened to it got a huge smile on my face for some reason.. xDD Yeah, I don't mean to be telling my life story here, sorry! It's a really great song though~

Comments: I don't know much about SE7EN at ALL. xD I only have two songs by him! But, I would certainly like more ♥ He's great! I really got to know this song more during the time I was obsessed with the anime School Rumble. :'D On my playlist, which is in alphabetical order, SE7EN came after School Rumble. I'd always listen to the School Rumble theme songs, and then this song would come on after them, so I reeeally grew onto it. Now, I adore it. It's insanely catchy and SE7EN has great English! I read somewhere he's going to "take the U.S. by storm" ... I'm not sure about that, since I'm sure a lot of people won't listen to him just because he's Korean, but he has a great voice and great English and I'm hopeful for him! xD♥

Comments: I suppose this is basically your typical JE song-- upbeat and happy. I find it very hard to get to actually RECOGNIZE a JE band, because most of their songs, to me, sound the same. If I heard a random Arashi song or a random V6 song, and was asked who sung it, I wouldn't know what to say since most JE bands sound the same to me. But ANYWAYS, this song is one of V6's standouts for me, for some reason. It's somehow peaceful to me, even if it isn't a really calm song. I love it. :D It makes me want to sing along, too bad I don't know Japanese... I can sing along with the short Engrish parts, at least! xD

But anyways, I heard this song for the first time on the very recent A BEST 2 -white- album. I *love* it. xD It's so happy and upbeat and bouncy and I love everything about it. It makes me want to daaance~ ♥ I know I just heard it recently, but it's safe to say this is one of my favorite Ayu songs. Then again, I have like 30 favorites. :'D Oh well!

Comments: THIS. SONG. IS. AMAZING. It's one of my favorite songs of all time. Out of every song I have ever loved, I can't even describe how much I adore this one. ;_; It isn't just a temporary favorite song, one I'll get bored of in a few weeks. I listen to it over and over and over. Whenever it comes on, no matter what I can't turn it off-- even if it's only played for like 3 seconds. :'D I first heard it because it's the insert song to the drama I'm currently obsessed with, Hana Yori Dango 2. Once I heard it, I loved it right away, and downloaded it, and now it's in the top 3 most played songs in my iTunes with over 200 plays. xD Which may not seem like that much, but AH WELL. This song is absolutely beautiful to me-- I've actually gotten teary eyed while listening to it many times (actually, part of the reason may have been cause I was thinking of Tsukasa/Tsukushi angst from HYD2 ._. OH WELL). It's a must-download. Oh, and btw, the ballad version is the one I've been talking about this whole time.. I prefer it over the original version, but of course that one's awesomely awesome too. xDD Anyways, I usually don't actually buy singles because I think around $12 is expensive for like 5 songs (plus I don't even listen to the instrumentals), but I just had to buy this one. Well, I know this was an insanely long rant but I have to express my Hikki love. -___-; JUST DOWNLOAD IT.
