Do you believe in ghosts? I think I saw one, once. But I'm not sure. I was at my room with my Grandmother and a girl in a white dress went through the room, but my Grandmother didn't see her. And I thought it was the Christkind.
How do you feel about interracial adoption? Have no problem with it. I don't like the "I'll take a child away no matter if it still has parents"-attidtude and I'm not sure it's that great for a child to have to live in a very strange land, but it's mostly up to the parents how they handle that. Somebody from my friendslist is orgianlly from South America and lives in Germany since before she could speak and she told me she often forgets she's "exotic", but I know of children who were always strangers... And I hate this "We're Westeners, we're doing you such a good thing!" (I can't think of the word right now. Cultural-colonialism or somthing along that line).
Should 16 year-olds be allowed to drive, as it is practice in the USA? I just can't see a 16 year old being that respnsible. It seems to work in the US, but here there's also the problem that kids start drinking at 14 or younger...
Do you/would you shop at Walmart? I was at a Walmart in Würzburg and though I normaly like big supermarkets I felt as if they tried to such my soul away. Everything was strange, the air was bad, the light was ugly and the clerks were extremly superficial friendly.
On a scale from 1 to 10, how important is SEX to you? 1 mean little and 10 much, yes?
Your ghost story is so cute. I have often read that children are supposed to be more receptive of "supernatural" things and I do feel this is quite likely. Personally, I've had some odd things happen related to death of a close relative so I will neither discount any story nor take it for the truth at all times. I'm simply not sure and truth be told, nobody can KNOW for sure either way.

Indeed. What's considered good in the West isn't necessarily good elsewhere and to impose things on people is patronizing and entirely wrong in my eyes. Not everyone WANTS to live that way and rightly so.
