Folk Fest is upon us!

As usual, I'll be volunteering at the Winnipeg Folk Festival this year. I'm going to be "camping" on site so I may not have internet access over the next few days. I'll try to keep posting over the weekend, but if I lapse, it's likely because I haven't been able to get electronic contact over the course of the day.

Have fun! I'm not going to be there (again). Maybe I can get in as a volunteer next year. For as bored as I was with what I was assigned to do, it was fun.

Aww. You were on security last year? Not my own choice either, but the event is a lot of fun anyway. Hopefully you will have a chance to come out again eventually.

Two years ago I was on Gate. Other than the Thursday, I was stuck at the back gate. Which was TOTALLY boring. I sent a form in last year to see if I could switch crews but no one called me. I guess no one wanted me or something. Haven't gotten a call this year, either. I'm kind of bummed about it.
