Our Changing World
This seems pretty exciting to me. A new volcanic island was created recently off the coast of Tonga. It reminds me that we're still living on a changing planet and that we'll never really every know or be able to plan for everything. The "Laws of Physics" for example are only applicable because of the delicate balance of our planet in this universe which could be altered any day by asteroids and meteors or perhaps even other events we're not sure of. While the creation of a new volcanic island isn't really the most amazing thing to have happen I still think it's pretty damn cool and it makes me stop and think about the earth and how it has changed and will continue to change...for a very long time, I'm guessing... (but not assuming)
