How do you know it will make them happy and not sad? You told me that it's alright to love more than one person. I believe you, because I love a lot of people too. And I wouldn't try to stop loving them because I don't think it's worth it if when I see them crying, or not smiling.

It's hard to say how it would make them. I just know that maybe if they didn't see me hurting, they could let go easier since they don't want it to go any further. And well ... then there is the love that just isn't right at all because of what it is. Then there is the fact that it would create such a big mess in the end. It'd be easier if I bowed out and simply let things settle for good. I'd do that if it means it would make things better.

But ... I don't think you're really in condition to be talking about this with me. You ... don't sound well, Gracia.

I'm alright. Don't worry about me. I know how you're feeling now. I understand. You want to please the people who don't approve of your relationship with your Knight, so you want to stop loving him. But you have to know that you can't please everybody. You have to live for yourself once in a while! People will always disapprove of something you do, one way or another, but if you keep trying to step away from problems, you'll never solve them.

It's not that easy, Gracia. The person who is uneasy about it is also someone I love. I can't live for myself while making him unhappy. It wouldn't be right. I don't understand where the disappointment stems for his friend comes from, but to prevent their friendship from deteriorating any more than it already has, I have to do this.

I can always love them in... another way. I'll always care for them. Or ah... something...
