Hurricane Update
The hurricane (whatever they call it) left me without power for two days. Usually when hurricanes hit south Florida, the region I live in isn’t usually affected by black-outs during a storm.
With distractions eliminated, I was able to read. I started reading ‘Love & Death’ and got pretty far into the book during the black-out. I’ve also been reading ‘Two for the Money’. Both are interesting books. ‘Love & Death’ holds a good investigation thanks to its two authors, while ‘Two for the Money’ is a distinctively-written crime noir. Besides that, power is back and I’ve been fulfilling my days as they pass so swiftly by.
