Sweeney Tutorial
This is a kind of pathetic tutorial, but I felt bad for not updating in so long. Maybe it will be useful to someone.
No selective coloring!
First, the image. Crop it, duplicate it once and set the layer to Multiply 100%. Duplicate it again and set it to Softlight 100%.
Add a tan/beige (I used #C2BD89) layer on Softlight 100%
Add a Hue/Saturation layer, Normal 100%
Master: Sat +17
Reds: Sat +23
Greens: Sat +27
Add another color layer, mint green (#B4D999) on Softlight 40%
I added this texture (rotated and streched) by
frakking_icons and some text to make it a friends-only banner.
And that's it.
