barks and nba jam
i was just taking my lovely dog sadie for a walk down my road. as we were walking out of the drive way this kid was walking by and sadie barked at him. big deal. i know she wont attack so i kept going.
so this kid is a little in front of us and all the sudden this dog comes from my neighbors yard and runs right at the kid barking. the kid takes off into the woods super fast!
and then he jumped onto a giant pile of branches where the short dog couldnt get him.
when this happened i made sadie stop and i waited as mrs. crosby came out yelling for her dog.
then the dog comes out of the woods and heads for me and sweet sweet sadie.
sadie starts making these weird noises. like growling but still crying and a weird gurgling sound.
i figured its because she loves me and wants to protect me, but shes never been in a fight because shes too nice. so i think she was scared.
so i braced myself and got ready to kill this dog if he attacks me and saide.
but ms. crosby comes for the dog yelling and im yelling at it to stop.
(this is still in front of my yard)
and chris comes out of his yard yelling like the devil for his dog to get back.
then a van came and stopped just in time before it gave this dog a pride obliterating bitch slap.
it was sad at that moment because mrs. crosby kinda gave up running for her dog when the van came.
she just kinda said "oh no" and gasped and froze because there was nothing she could do.
if the van hit it that would have been a major bummer to see. especially for her because shes so close to catching the dog.
she basically got ready to watch her dog die.
the dog ran back into his yard and i kept walking and the kid was still on the branches.
hes like "is it safe to come down?"
"yeah, the dogs in his yard"
"good. man, if i had my fucking dog i wouldnt be up here."
then jenny drove by and i waved her down and she came back to hear the story.
it was nuts.
okay you guys.....if sadie or myself were attacked by a dog it would be the worst moment in the fucking world.
of course id try to protect sadie all i could and shed try to protect me. but i cant imagine fighting a dog while its owner is right there.
say it happened and i hurt the dog badly or killed it, theres nothing she could do about it to get me in trouble.
im so glad it didnt get to that point.
i brought saide back inside so i could leave with jenny and right away sadie got her ball in her mouth and wanted to play outside.
haha, so cute. i love how her mind works. she was almost beat up and now she wants to play. shes tougher than me.
and last night i played nba jam on sega. i still like the super nintendo version better though.
and kims a wimp.
now its time for watching things blow up in the sky.
