yesterday and today
So yesterday was a fun day. ♥
My brother actually asked me if he wanted sis and I to come with him and his gf to Disney Walk. xp Knowing my brother I guess that means he tolerates us after all. Steph's made him less of a jackass I see.
So we went to Disney Walk which was fun, mainly to go eat at the Rainforest. We made reservations and cruised for about an hour until then. I squee'd at every Disney thing I possibly could. *child at heart* All the figurines and the shirts were so cute. Crystal figures were beautiful. I was tempted to buy a whole lot, but damnit if Disney stuff ain't expensive. ;-; I wish I wasn't poor. And ee! I saw the WALL-E game for the Wii. :[ Didn't get it 'cause yeah sis and I only had about $40 between us. It was $60.
And there was this guy playing this incredibly nifty string instrument that I don't know the name of. >-> Which sucks immensely because he played beautifully!
And I found out Steph likes scrapbooking. A lot. We saw some nice scrapbooks. e-e And very very cute Precious Moments Disney-fied figures. Expensive. Obviously. OMG I SAW A BAMBI ONE AND A BELLE ONE! WHY AM SO POOR?! ;-;
And I saw a Jack Skellington. :D Not as a Precious Moments figurine though. It was tight. And then I saw an Ariel one. >-> And cursed my poor pocket again.
So after cruising around we went back to the Rainforest to eat. It was pretty tight. The food was...well it was good, but kinda bland. Then again I'm picky. Sis being the critic that she is tried my plate, Steph's plate, and our bro's plate. ._. She's uber picky. Reminds me of that critic in Ratatouille. By the end of it the best thing at the table, by her standards, was the carrot sticks. 8|
And then we went home and watched movies.
And today my oldest brother is supposed to come visit. His last visit was I don't know how many months ago. And I get to help Mom make orange cake. ^-^; Hopefully nothing will burn.
