I am thankful that I had the pleasure of seeing him live three years ago. He had a brilliant way of presenting jokes that did cause a person to go, "Hmm... I've never thought about it that way before." Or at least that was true for me. A true legend who will be very missed.
Now, about me...
-I'm somehow addicted to AdventureQuest
-Women. WTF? I don't get them. The lack of thinking logically. For serious. At the managers meeting I brought up the new employees' performance and recieved the reply, "Well, some of the things we do here they may not have to do at home, so we should be nice and understand..." What the fucking hell? What does that have to do with anything? I have the reputaion of being the "mean manager" because I'm the one who's more concerned with whether or not they can and will do the job and will actually get on their case when they aren't doing it the way they were shown. It is NOT a difficult job, so I don't think it's too much to expect for all of them, after being there for over two months now, to effect general cleanining tasks the way they've been shown multiple times. Am I right?
-I got lights for my bike!
I got new shoes!! Two pairs of Kangaroos. I hadn't bought a pair of shoes in almost 2½ years.
-New bikini. First one I've bought since 2003. Chlorine-resistant Nike one in black and white. I look spectacular in it!
-Oh, would you believe my luck... the one time the gym mini-locker combination decides to jam so I can't get my keys out so I can go unlock the locker room locker that has all my duds in it is the time I'm dripping wet, fresh out of the pool, wearing previously mentioned bikini, forcing me to walk to the front desk, on the other side of the gym, right through sausage-fest-central, to ask one of the staff members to unlock the mini-locker for me. I'm sure the fellas got a nice show, but it was still awkward being gaped at like that. =o\
-My cat is still the cutest ever as well as the love of my life! I'm not going to have kids, so he is it. He is my son. So adorable! *gushes*
-I'm squatting 135 now! I'm so excited!
-I went to some motorcross event at the Stockyards in Ft. Worth and nearly passed out from the heat.
-I seriously wonder why I still try to have conversations with my mother. It's, at times, like talking to a caveman. It boggles me that she thinks she could/should have been a lawyer.
-Really!!?? WTF with people getting back in touch with me after years??? This other guy I've known for about 5 years, but haven't spoken to in maybe almost two, texted me out of the blue.
-I miss my Nina =o\
