Taste of Chicago has been going on since June 26, and for people not from Chicago this means free music in Grant park and lots of different restaurants with stands selling food for you to try. In the past few nights I have seen the Counting Crows and The Wallflowers in concert. Tonight was the Bare Naked Ladies, though I was not there for the whole concert: I made it to the park in the middle of their set since I got there as fast as I could after work.
I noticed that they were playing One Week slower than normal, to which my first response was "Aww, they're getting old"
Oh no my friend.
It is at this point that they start vamping and talking to a lady off the jumbotron screen, and when the camera pans to that side it turns out that the whole concert was being SIGNED and they were teasing her and seeing if she needed a break from all the words...
Well done to her for managing to keep up with all those lyrics. My hands just hurt thinking about it.
