Aww they are really cute! I hope Rosa gets better soon. My cats HATE clay litter. The one time I accidentally bought some they would get in the box stomp about a bit and then not do their business.
And no, laser pointers aren't nearly as much fun as playing chew face with another kitty.
I use Fresh Step Clumping with the odor eliminating carbon (the bags are clay while the boxes are clumping, thats how we had our mix up). When I brought Freya home she thought it was the best stuff ever when I plunked her down in it, flying cat litter everywhere ^_^.
Clumping kitty litter is potentially very dangerous for kittens. It clogs up their tiny tiny systems. It's fine for older cats that know not to stick everything in their mouths, but kittens are stupid like babies and eat things they shouldn't.
Most of the cats and kittens who eat litter are anemic, and indeed it could be detrimental to any cat, plus you need to seek out a medical reason for why they're eating litter. But if they're not anemic, I don't worry too much.
They have been treated, and at their wellness check-up, the vet didn't see any signs of live fleas. But Sebastian apparently had a terrible case at one point in the recent past. I've probably clocked a couple hours with a flea comb on him, and I'm still getting feces out (granted, his hair is a bit long, but it just boggles my mind that there could be so much in his coat. poor thing!)

Good Luck!

Speaking of anemia, you mentioned flea dirt: have your kittens been treated for fleas?
