Donghae and Eunhyuk were on their living room couch, cuddling quietly, when Donghae suddenly asked her fiancé, “Hey, Hyukkie, do you still remember the first day we met?”
Eunhyuk looked at her quizzically for her randomness but smiled right away, anyways. “Of course,”
“Oh, really,” Donghae muttered, rolling her eyes. “Mind summarizing?”
Eunhyuk caressed his fiancé’s cheeks and sighed. “Okay,”
Donghae nodded and looked at him, signaling him to start.
“Okay, you were working in that strawberry café, your Sungmin unni was in charge of. I came in with my ex-girlfriend, Kim Hyoyeon, and we had a date. You were our waitress and you accidentally spilled strawberry coffee on her. She was enraged and spilled coffee on you. I was mad at her for doing that to you, so I grabbed the nearest beverage I could find and spilled it on her. Unfortunately, ‘that’ nearest beverage was a super duper hot coffee, so she was badly hurt. She ran out of the café frantically and broke up with me-luckily. Then I helped you clean your uniform and then we went out to grab some dinner of our own. So basically, spilled coffee is what brought us together, love,” He explained quite perfectly, making a smile appear on Donghae’s pink lips.
“Very well summarized,” Donghae stated triumphantly.
“See, I told you I remembered,”
“Of course you did,” she mumbled with a gentle smile. Donghae stirred in her fiancé’s arms and leaned in to kiss him on the lips. “I love you, Hyukkie,” she murmured against his soft lips.
“I love you, too,” Eunhyuk replied.
