WELL, yeah. I mean, my mom was overprotected by my grandmother, and so I suppose the natural course was for her to overprotect her own kids. xD Really, though, I tthink we were shielded from any display of sexuality more than anything else. (And I mean, it's possibly no surprise, seeing as how you were there to sort of witness my Hard Candy teeheehee freak-out. And it was TAME.)
The closest we got really was... Well - my mom LOVES men in drag. So I mean, I grew up watching like Some Like it Hot and To Wong Foo (though I didn't get to watch the part at the beginning, where the men are getting dressed. hah.) but if any of it went deeper into sexuality, there would have been major fast-forwarding. I remember watching Heavenly Creatures with my mother and her fast-forwarding the girl/girl scenes in particular. SIGH. Major issues and DENIAL and self-loathing ensued.
But you don't want to know all of that. xDD Though it possibly explains why everything's been like femslashfemslashfemslashfemslash for me lately.
Wutttttttttt. I'm downloading that. Like totally. xDD
Awww, why the lethargy? ~~~~vibes~~~~~
And yay, kidnap! But I also want him to tell us stories.
Welllll, you don't have to look. I mean, I can live without it. Possibly. xDD Actually, I notice that most of the archives are slash, which makes me very happy. BUT. I haven't seen any of the kookiness that is so inherent to South Park in like, any of the fics I've read, which makes me sigh.
If I weren't planning on writing a billion other stories, I would write one with kookiness (though sans the usual South Park brilliance, of course). Right now I'm partial to Kenny/Kyle, but it was this that did it. xDDD I haven't found any worth-while fic, though. Otherwise, I'd probably be all about Stan/Kyle right now. Or, you know, Kyle/Kyle. Kyle's all sorts of awesome. :3
I want a future fic with Cartman about to take over the world and Kyle thwarting his plans of destruction. xDDD
Okay, now you really can't say I didn't write too much.
