So...an update.
Well, my summer has been busier than I have foreseen. All my plans to enter fic exchanges and hopefully write one or two drabble/one-shots just got thrown out the window when I learned that I had to take summer classes for next semester. So all I can say is so much for my plans of a laid back summer, sitting by the window in front of my laptop 'cause that ain't happening as far as I can tell. I really wanted to enter the Virgin!Draco prompt-fest but I really couldn't let my focus wander too far especially when taking a 4 and 3 credit course.
In other news, I'm dangerously close to Dramione withdrawal. Recently I've finished akashathekitty's 'The Bracelet', Cheryl Dyson's 'Draco: Phoenix Rising', and Rizzle's 'The Dragon's Bride'. So now I'm addicted to long fics (more than 30 chapters), and it has to be good, quality characterizations too. I hate this feeling you get after you've read an unforgettable story and then your brain finally registers that it's over, and you want to go hide, hug yourself, and then cry because it's like you'll never find something that good to read ever again.
For now, I'm clinging on to the promise of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 so I won't completely break down. I don't know what I'll do once that is over. Once the credits follow, her skeleton will lie in the theater forever I'll probably be the last one to leave.
