morning practice of about 7,000 yards from 9:00-11:00am
then
afternoon stroke drilling session from 2:00pm-4:00pm
then
Dryland session from 6:30pm-8:30pm
you sure earn your damn sleep every night

so here is a run down of the main sets we did, all of which I did breast stroke, except teh IM set
monday
4x100 Breast @ 1:40 (I had to hold ~1:25s-1:30s)
4x200 breast @ 3:10 ( " ~3:00)
2x400 breast @7:00 ( " ~6:00)
2x200 Breast @ 3:00 ( " ~2:50)
4x100 breast @ 1:30 ( " ~1:20)
tuesday
Passive/Active Rest 50s
40x50's breast (easy ones free)
16@0:45 every 4th fast
12@0:50 every 3rd fast
8@0:55 every other fast
4@1:00 all fast
wednesday
12x100 breast
2@1:40 moderate just make them
3@1:35 faster
3@1:30 faster
4@1:25 all out
thursday
3 rounds of:
2x100 IM @ 1:40
2x200 IM @ 3:00
1x400 IM All out @ 6:00
Friday
32x50, do them until you can't make the send offs anymore
